Essex Neurosurgical Services Ltd (ENS) provides high quality care for patients with surgical problems relating to the brain or spine.

It is unusual to need an urgent operation. In fact, most conditions need careful thought before embarking upon surgery. Many patients can be successfully managed without an operation at all.

It is essential to make a careful assessment. This generally includes scans, and sometimes other specialist tests. It is important to counsel patients carefully about the different treatment options available. My role is to guide you with the facts, in order to help you choose the best option for yourself.

We offer face to face appointments in 3 private hospitals in Essex. We have just started remote consultations using approved video-conferencing software. Patients are finding this option very efficient and convenient.
